Do I need to book in advance?
No. We are currently offering walk-in rentals only. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis during operating hours.
Can I reserve equipment ahead of time?
Not at this time. We are currently walk-in only, so equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What's included with my rental?
All rentals include essential safety equipment (helmets for bikes/scooters, PFDs for water activities), locks, and local maps with route recommendations. We also provide a brief orientation to make sure you're comfortable and safe.
What ID is required?
All renters must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or provincial ID card). The name on the ID must match the booking name.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit for all rentals. The amount varies by equipment type and is held on your credit card. The deposit is fully refunded when equipment is returned in good condition.
